Founder & Principal
Nick Caesar, P.E. is a graduate of the United States Military Academy at West Point (USMA ‘14). Nick Served in the United States Army as an Engineering officer gaining experience solving challenges in a myriad leadership positions, this included one combat deployment to Afghanistan where he performed engineering and project management. Nick also has earned Master's degree in structural engineering from Columbia University school of Engineering and Applied Sciences. Since departing the Army, he founded this firm with the hope of delivering quality engineering and design projects to the surrounding New York community.
Partner & Principal
Nathaniel Gooden, P.E. is a graduate of the United States Military Academy at West Point (USMA ‘14). Nate previously served as a Captain in the United States Army and Army Corps of Engineers where he led Soldiers and managed multiple engineering projects in the U.S. and abroad, including one combat deployment to Iraq. Before joining Caesar Engineering, Nate spent just under 3 years at J.P. Morgan Chase, performing underwriting, cash flow analysis, and collateral valuations on commercial real estate deals across the NYC metropolitan area.
